Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept it back and fully refund your original payment method within 30 days of purchase.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders $50 and over. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Your order will typically ship within 48 hours. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email updating you that it is on the way. Please note that once we have shipped your order, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team directly at [email protected]. In your message, please include your order number (from your order confirmation email) and the reason for cancellation.
Please note: We are only able to cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, our customer care team will be happy to help you process it as a return.

Products (Ingredients)
Our Wipes and Travel Wipes are 100% fragrance-free. Our Baby Powder and Soothing Bath Pouches do not contain fragrance, but are naturally and subtly scented with organic lavender (Powder and Bath Pouches) and coconut (Bath Pouches only). Our Body Butter and Body Butter Refills do contain fragrance (botanically-based) as well as organic lavender.

Our Complete Set includes 1 full size Baby Powder, 1 full size Body Butter, 1 Body Butter Refill, 4 Soothing Bath Pouches, 1 pack of Baby Wipes (60 wipes), and 1 pack of Travel Wipes (containing 8 "mini-packs"; 64 wipes total).

Mavey Jaymes is committed to sustainability, including the recyclability of our packaging. Here is how our packaging components can be recycled:
- Soothing Bath Pouches - The muslin cloth pouches are 100% biodegradable and can be composted after use. The outer carton is made from 100% recyclable paper.
- Body Butter - The cap, dust liner, and inner cup are made of recyclable polypropylene, and the outer jar is made from recyclable PCTA plastic. The outer carton is also 100% recyclable.
- Body Butter Refills - The refill insert is made of recyclable plastic and designed to fit into the original Body Butter jar, reducing waste and promoting sustainable use.
- Powder - The cap and bottle are made of recyclable polypropylene, and the orifice is made of recyclable high-density polyethylene. The outer packaging box is also 100% recyclable.
- Wipes - The pack is made from low-density polyethylene with 30% post-consumer recycled content, and the lid can also be recycled at specialized facilities. The wipes themselves are 100% biodegradable.
- Travel Wipes - The packaging for Travel Wipes is also made from low-density polyethylene with 30% post-consumer recycled content, and the lid is recyclable at specialized facilities. Like the regular wipes, Travel Wipes are 100% biodegradable.
